How much does Smart School Councils cost?
£199 + VAT a year for your whole school. That is one flat price per school, per year, however many pupils and classes you have, with no per-pupil fees and no paid add-ons. Trusts with several schools get tailored pricing.
What's included in the £199?
Everything: whole-school membership for a year, unlimited class meetings, 10,000 ready-made topics, meeting summaries written for you, pupil-voice insights, inspection evidence, and a CPD masterclass to get your team going. No per-pupil fees and no paid add-ons.
Is it per school or per pupil?
Per school. One flat price covers your whole school, however many pupils and classes you have.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Take the tour to explore a real example school, and you can try the class meeting tool free with your own class. Pay when you're ready to run it across the school.
How do we pay?
Card or invoice, whichever suits your school. We accept purchase orders and can invoice your finance office directly.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Membership runs for the year and you choose whether to renew. We'd rather earn it.
We're a trust with several schools, is it the same?
